Jessica Gray is a Washington State Licensed Massage Practitioner #024201-MA00013424 and National #282403-00.

Jessica Gray, L.M.P. has been working as a Massage Therapist in Downtown Kirkland since 1999. She graduated with honors from Bellevue Massage School and continues to receive training in new massage techniques.

The main focus of her massage is treatment oriented. The techniques she uses are very beneficial for anyone suffering from the effects of stress, chronic pain or general tension.

Jessica Gray, L.M.P. believes in a holistic approach when it comes to health care that include proper diet, regular exercise and a positive mental outlook on life, all of which will benefit from regular massage.

Jessica Gray, L.M.P. is a member of both National and International Massage Associations.

-1 Hour (60 minutes) = $95.00

 

-1 Hour and Half (90 minutes) = $145.00

 

-1, Two Hour (120 minutes) = $195.00

Types of Massage
 
Injury Treatment Massage

Concentrates on injury and trauma of muscle and adjoining structures.  Helps reduce and realign scar tissue, and decrease pain and spasm.  Improves flexibility and range of motion.  Trigger point therapy may also be used to decrease painful “tender spots.”

 

Sports Massage

Helpful for pre– and post– event to increase performance.  Massage can be incorporated as part of a training regime for improved performance, endurance and reducing related injuries.

 

Swedish Massage

Series of full hand strokes working lightly and progressing to deeper layers of muscles and soft tissue.  Extremely relaxing and beneficial for stress reduction.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

Begins with Swedish strokes and progresses to the deeper muscle layers.  Works slowly  and deeply with the body-not against it.  Used to decrease pain, spasm, scar tissue, and promote healing.

 

Pregnancy Massage

Massage techniques to promote wellness, reduce the discomforts associated with pregnancy, and provide emotional support.  Infant massage is taught to encourage mother/child bonding.
